Tecastic, Inc. Becomes Authorized Affiliate
Under OMNIA Partners Contract #02-139

Baltimore, MD — October 2025 — Tecastic, Inc., a Maryland-based provider of digital signage and integrated technology solutions, has been approved as an authorized affiliate of Lion National Corp. (LNC) under OMNIA Partners Contract #02-139. This partnership opens the door for public sector organizations, educational institutions, and nonprofits to easily and confidently purchase Tecastic’s products and services through cooperative purchasing.

Cooperative purchasing is a powerful procurement method that allows agencies to "piggyback" on competitively bid contracts that have already been publicly solicited and awarded. By leveraging the buying power of thousands of public agencies nationwide, members can access industry-leading pricing, pre-vetted suppliers, and faster project delivery — all while maintaining full compliance with state and local procurement laws.

Through this contract, OMNIA Partners members can streamline the purchasing of Tecastic’s digital signage networks, display systems, audiovisual infrastructure, and managed technology services for campuses, government buildings, and community organizations.

“Being part of OMNIA Partners allows Tecastic to help schools and municipalities modernize their communication and emergency alert systems more efficiently,” said Ryan Doak, Director of Tecastic, Inc. “Our solutions can now be implemented faster, at lower cost, and with the assurance of full procurement compliance.”

As the Affiliate Compliance Administrator, Lion National Corp. oversees contract adherence and ensures transparency and accountability in all transactions — guaranteeing ethical use of public funds and competitive value for every project.
